The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking oxiracetam as a raw material, and in the presence of an organic base catalyst, preparing 2, 5-dihydro-2-oxo-1H-pyrrole-1-acetamide through a sulfonation-desulfonation one-step method. The route is short in time consumption, good in product purity, high in yield, simple in post-treatment and low in cost.
