Uses
Used in Textile Industry:
Disperse Red 221 is used as a dye for synthetic fibers such as polyester and cotton blends. It provides a bright red color with a yellow light shade and is suitable for dyeing and printing applications. The dyeing process requires an appropriate pH value of 4-6 and should not be used with alkali. The dye exhibits good ironing fastness, light fastness, perspiration fastness, and washing fastness, with ratings ranging from 4-6 according to the AATCC standard.
Used in Polyester/cotton Standard:
Disperse Red 221 is used as a dye for polyester/cotton blends, providing a bright red color with a yellow light shade. It has good sublimation fastness and is compatible with other dyes. The dyeing process requires an appropriate pH value of 4-6 and should not be used with alkali. The dye exhibits good ironing fastness, light fastness, perspiration fastness, and washing fastness, with ratings ranging from 4-6 according to the AATCC standard.
Used in Carrier Dyeing:
Disperse Red 221 can be used in carrier dyeing, but its performance is poor. The melt method should be used at a suitable temperature, not exceeding 220°C.
Used in Dyeing with Vinegar:
Disperse Red 221 can be used in dyeing with vinegar, but its performance is a bit poor when used with two vinegar fine and fair when used with three vinegar fiber.
Not suitable for Polyamide Fiber Dyeing:
Disperse Red 221 is not suitable for dyeing polyamide fibers, as its performance on this type of fiber is a bit poor.
Not suitable for Printing Discharge:
Disperse Red 221 cannot be used for printing discharge impressions.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 64426-35-3 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 6,4,4,2 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 64426-35:
(7*6)+(6*4)+(5*4)+(4*2)+(3*6)+(2*3)+(1*5)=123
123 % 10 = 3
So 64426-35-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
