Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 64633-18-7 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 6,4,6,3 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 1 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 64633-18:
(7*6)+(6*4)+(5*6)+(4*3)+(3*3)+(2*1)+(1*8)=127
127 % 10 = 7
So 64633-18-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Catalytic hydroxycarbonylation of isobutylene with carbon monoxide and polyhydric alcohols in the presence of the Pd(acac)2-PPh 3-TsOH system

Suerbaev,Chepajkin,Dzhiembaev,Appazov,Abyzbekova

, p. 345 - 347 (2008/04/03)

The reaction of isobutylene hydroalcoxycarbonylation with CO and polyhydric alcohols (ethylene glycol, glycerol) in the presence of the catalytic system Pd(aacac)2-PPh3-TsOH has been investigated. It was found that carbonylation of isobutylene with CO in the presence of ethylene glycol yields a mixture of mono-and diglycol esters of isovaleric acid, irrespective of the initial reactant ratio. During the hydroalcoxycarbonylation of isobutylene with glycerol, either mono- and di- or mono-, di-, and triglycerides of isovaleric acid are formed depending on the reactant ratio.

Cyclic and branched acyl chain galactoglycerolipids and their effect on anti-tumor-promoting activity

Colombo, Diego,Franchini, Laura,Toma, Lucio,Ronchetti, Fiamma,Tanaka, Reiko,Takayasu, Junko,Nishino, Hoyoku,Tokuda, Harukuni

, p. 1456 - 1463 (2007/10/03)

Fifteen new galactoglycerolipid analogues, in which one or two branched, alicyclic or aromatic acyl chains are linked to 2-O-β-d-galactosylglycerol (6′-position or 1,6′ positions), were prepared and tested for their anti-tumor-promoting activity using a s
