3-methyl-1,5-diphenyl-2,4-Imidazolidinedione is a chemical compound used primarily as a crosslinking agent in the production of resins and plastics, as well as a hardening agent for acrylic coatings. It is also used as an intermediate in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and other organic compounds. 2,4-Imidazolidinedione, 3-methyl-1,5-diphenyl- is stable under normal temperatures and pressures, but may decompose at high temperatures to produce toxic fumes.
