PIGMENT DISPERSANT
-
Paragraph 0046, (2016/12/26)
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersant which can provide a water-based ink excellent in pigment dispersibility in an aqueous medium and, upon printing on paper with the ink, may provide printed characters with a high concentration by adhering to the surface of the paper with a pigment. SOLUTION: The pigment dispersant contains a copolymer (C) which comprises a constitutional unit (a) represented by the general formula (1) in the figure and a constitutional unit (b) comprising another ethylenically unsaturated monomer (B). [In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 and R3 each independently represent a C1-24 alkyl group; R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-24 alkyl group or aralkyl group; X represents an anionic atom or an anionic group; and n represents an integer between 1 and 10.] COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPOandINPIT
