Manufacturing Process

In a reactor put 80 kg of polyphosphoric acid having the following composition: H5P3O10 - 60%; (HPO3)6 - 10%; H4P2O7 - 15%; (HPO3)x - 10%; total content in P2O5 about 83%; this is heated to about 160°C.Then 360 kg of creatinol phosphate are added to the polyphosphoric acid; continue to heat for about two hours under vacuum until the reaction water is eliminated.The molten mass is then poured into ethanol at 95°C, the solution cooled down to 10°C and the precipitated product separated by centrifugation. The resulting product is dissolved in the minimum quantity of warm water and the solution poured into ethanol.Thus 297 kg of the phosphoric ester of the creatinol are obtained having these characteristics: MP 240°C to 243°C.

Preparation method of meat alcohol phosphate

The invention discloses a preparation method of meat alcohol phosphate. The method includes the following steps of firstly, separately adding phosphorus pentoxide to phosphoric acid for reaction; secondly, adding muscle alcohol phosphate to reaction liquid in the first step to generate meat alcohol phosphate biopolymer; thirdly, adding water to reactant in the reaction liquid in the second step; fourthly, cooling the reaction liquid in the third step to the room temperature, adding solvent to obtain precipitates, conducting suction filtration, washing a filter cake with solvent, draining the filter cake, drying the filter cake at the temperature of 80 DEG C till the constant weight is reached to obtain a product, and conducting pressure reduction and concentration on a mother solution to obtain organic solvent and phosphoric acid. Raw materials in the synthesis method are easy to obtain, no excessive waste can be generated in reaction, organic solvent and phosphoric acid can be applied mechanically, pollution emission is greatly reduced, and the method is low in production cost, small in wastewater discharge, high in synthesis yield, suitable for industrial production, not high in reaction requirement, not high in corrosion to reaction devices and small in influence on the environment and human bodies.
