The invention belongs to the fields of medicinal chemistry and medicine technology, and relates to novel thiazolidone-class derivatives and a preparation method and application thereof. The novel thiazolidone-class derivatives are as shown in the following formula (1), wherein in the formula, R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted pyridyl group; R2 represents hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, halogen, amino, nitro, cyano, carbamoyl, aminosulfonyl, trifluoromethyl, three fluorine methoxy, sulfhydryl, carboxyl or ester group; X represents oxygen, sulfur or NH. The novel thiazolidone-class derivatives also include pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, stereoisomers or prodrugs of the above derivatives. The results from antibacterial experiments in vitro show that the antibacterial activity of the derivatives is significantly higher than that of positive control drugs, and the derivatives can further be used for preparing drugs with the thiazolidone-class derivatives as active ingredients, and preparing pharmaceutical compositions containing a safe and effective amount of thiazolidone-class derivatives and pharmaceutical carriers and all kinds of preparations.
