Epiisopiloturine is an anti-inflammatory and antinociceptive agent. It is an alkaloid from jaborandi leaves (Pilocarpus microphyllus). epiisopiloturine is able to kill Schistosoma mansoni caused by blood flukes of the genus Schistosoma.
