71767-67-4 Usage

Uses

Used in Textile Industry:
Disperse Yellow 163 is used as a dyeing agent for coloring polyester and polyester-blend fabrics. Its application reason is its bright yellow hue and good lightfastness, which make it suitable for outdoor applications where the color needs to be durable and long-lasting.
Used in Paper Industry:
Disperse Yellow 163 is used as a coloring agent in the paper industry to impart a yellow shade to the paper products. The reason for its use is its ability to provide a consistent and vibrant color to the paper, enhancing the visual appeal of the final product.
However, it is important to note that Disperse Yellow 163, like many synthetic dyes, can pose environmental and health risks, as well as potentially cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Therefore, proper handling and disposal procedures are necessary to minimize its impact on the environment and human health.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 71767-67-4 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 7,1,7,6 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 71767-67:
(7*7)+(6*1)+(5*7)+(4*6)+(3*7)+(2*6)+(1*7)=154
154 % 10 = 4
So 71767-67-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Stable diazonium salts of weakly basic amines—Convenient reagents for synthesis of disperse azo dyes

Qiu, Jinjing,Tang, Bingtao,Ju, Benzhi,Xu, Yuanji,Zhang, Shufen

, p. 63 - 69 (2016/08/24)

A new synthetic strategy for industrially important deep-shade disperse azo dyes was presented in this study. The key procedure is to prepare stable solid diazonium salts of weakly basic amines in the absence of concentrated sulfuric acid. Diazotization by tert-butyl nitrite in ethyl acetate was allowed to proceed in the presence of equivalent 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid as stabilizer of diazonium salts and donor of hydrogen ion for the reaction. The separated solid diazonium salts exhibited good thermal stability. The corresponding disperse azo dyes were subsequently synthesized through the azo-coupling of the prepared solid diazonium salts with a range of aromatic tertiary amines. The azo dyes were produced in short reaction time, excellent yields, mild reaction conditions, simple experimental procedure and low energy consumption.

Disperse dye composition, and preparation method and application thereof

-

Paragraph 0042-0044; 0048; 0049, (2017/07/21)

The invention relates to a disperse dye composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The disperse dye composition comprises a component A formed by one or more of compounds shown in formula (1), a forbidden aromatic amine compound, chlorinated phenol, chlorobenzene, chlorotoluene, any auxiliary materials and other unavoidable impurities. According to the disperse dye composition, not only are various environment-protective indexes conform to the requirements of Oeko-Tex-Standard 100(2016), but also the total content of the forbidden aromatic amine compound in a dye composition chemical product for dyeing is 10ppm or lower, the total content of each chlorinated phenol is 0.5ppm or lower, and the total content of chlorobenzene and chlorotoluene (COCs) is 1ppm or lower. The sewage after the dyeing also can meet the environmental protection requirement; and meanwhile, the use is more convenient and secure. (Shown in description).

Clean preparation method for weakly alkaline arylamine azo disperse dye

-

Paragraph 0047; 0048; 0049; 0059; 0060, (2017/01/02)

The present invention provides a clean preparation method for weakly alkaline arylamine azo disperse dye. The method is characterized in that when a weakly alkaline arylamine diazonium double salt solid is coupled with a coupling component, the coupling component is pretreated to obtain a fine particle dispersion to be coupled with the weakly alkaline arylamine diazonium double salt; and the generated disperse dye is precipitated from the coupling system and is filtered and dried, thereby obtaining the weakly alkaline arylamine azo disperse dye. According to the preparation method provided by the present invention, by using a stable double salt structure of a diazonium salt, during the coupling, the process of adding acid for dissolution can be omitted; the coupling is performed at the normal temperature, and extra cooling is not required; and the method has a broad application prospect.
