General Description

1,1'-[[(4-Methoxyphenyl)methylene]bis[(2-methyl-4,1-phenylene)azo]]bis(2-naphthalenol), also known as Sudan IV, is a synthetic azo dye commonly used as a lipid-soluble dye for staining lipids, waxes, and triglycerides.
