Thiazolinyl (thiazolyl) phosphonamidates and phosphoramidates of the formula: STR1 wherein R is a C1 -C4 -alkyl, a halo-C1 -C4 -alkyl, a C1 -C4 alkoxy; R' is a C1 -C4 -alkoxy, phenoxy, a halophenoxy, a C1 -C4 -alkyl-amino, dialkylamino or thiazolinyl-2-amino; X is oxygen or sulphur; Z is --CH2 --CH2 -- or --CH=CH-- group which comprise an active principle for insecticidal, acaricidal and herbicidal compositions.
