Paragraph 0277; 0278, (2020/07/15)
The invention relates to a pyrimidine-containing tri-substituted imidazole compound and application thereof. The compound has a structure shown as a formula (I). The compound can be used for effectively inhibiting EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) C797S mutation including EGFR ex19del/T790M/C797S and L858R/T790M/C797S; meanwhile, the compounds also have high inhibitory activity on single-point mutation L858R, ex19del and double-point mutation such as L858R/T790M, ex19del/T790M and the like, and moreover, the compounds have a weak inhibitory effect on wild EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), namely, the compounds have very good selectivity. The compound has potential to become a drug for treating malignant tumors carrying EGFR C797S mutation, especially non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), and has great application value.
Isoquinolinium Dichromate and Chlorochromate as Efficient Catalysts for Oxidative Halogenation of Aromatic Compounds under Acid-Free Conditions
Rao, A. Sambashiva,Rajanna,Reddy, K. Rajendar,Kulkarni, Subhash
, p. 832 - 837 (2016/02/12)
Isoquinolinium dichromate and isoquinolinium chlorochromate were found as efficient catalysts to trigger oxidative bromination and iodination of aromatic hydrocarbons with KBr/KI and KHSO4 under acid-free conditions. Reaction times reduced highly significantly under sonication, followed by corresponding mono bromo derivatives in very good yield with high regioselectivity.
Synthesis and Structure-Activity Relationships among α-Adrenergic Receptor Agonists of the Phenylethanolamine Type

, p. 738 - 744 (2007/10/02)
Nineteen arylethanolamine derivatives related to norepinephrine were prepared and tested for α-adrenergic stimulant activity. In one series the analogues possess a p-hydroxy function, while the meta position is substituted by methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, cyclohexyl, fluoro, chloro, iodo, carboxy, carbomethoxy, and methylsulfamido groups. The other series is meta hydroxylated with the para position substituted by the same groups. The influence of these groups upon the α-adrenergic activity is discussed, and the compounds are compared to octopamine, normetanephrine, norepinephrine, and norphenylephrine. It has been found that the introduction of an isopropyl, cyclohexyl, and fluoro group in the meta position of octopamine improves its affinity by three, five, and six times, respectively, whereas when these groups are introduced in the para position of norphenylephrine their effects are always detrimental. The most active compound, α-(aminomethyl)-(4-fluoro-3-hydroxyphenyl)methanol (44), has about one-hundreth the affinity and the same intrinsic activity as norepinephrine.
