The authors describe the synthesis of N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl) amine carbohydrate derivatives, using sugar moieties previously associated with other oncostatic agents. The structure of these compounds was determined using 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Their antitumor activity on L1210 on mice and their immunodepressive effects have been evaluated.
