Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 745741-85-9 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 7,4,5,7,4 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 745741-85:
(8*7)+(7*4)+(6*5)+(5*7)+(4*4)+(3*1)+(2*8)+(1*5)=189
189 % 10 = 9
So 745741-85-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Base catalyzed reaction of heterocyclic bases with R-(+)-glycidol gives heteroaryl-propane-2,3-diols which are functionalized to the 3-O-dimethoxytrityl-2-O-phosphoramidites. A dimethoxytrityl-glycidol is reacted with alkyl or aryl Grignard reagents and then phosphitylated to yield 1-O-dimethoxytrityl-2-phosphoramidites. These compounds can be used for combinatorial oligomer synthesis.
