The invention relates to a preparation process of [3-(alkoxy silyl) propyl] ethylenediamine, and belongs to the technical field of organic chemical industry. The preparation process comprises the steps of stirring 3-chloropropyl alkoxy silane and N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl alkoxy silane at the temperature of 130-135 DEG C for reaction, filtering a crude product after the reaction, washing filter residues with a low-boiling-point nonpolar solvent, and then extracting residues of the low-boiling-point nonpolar solvent to obtain the [3-(alkoxy silyl) propyl] ethylenediamine product. According to the preparation process, the quantitative reaction is adopted, the materials react thoroughly, the product conversion ratio is high, the energy consumption is low, the product content is high, the solvent is reusable, and environmental pollution is avoided. Equipment and the process are simple and suitable for industrial production.
