The compounds of this invention are inhibitors of serine proteases, Urokinase (uPA), Factor Xa (FXa), and/or Factor VIIa (FVIIa), and have utility as anti cancer agents and/or as anticoagulants for the treatment or prevention of thromboembolic disorders in mammals.
