With primary aromatic amines β,γ-unsaturated vinylacetylenic sulfones form azomethine derivatives of α,β-unsaturated ketones.With p-fenylendiamine vinylacetylenic sulfones react to form bisazomethine derivatives of α,β-unsaturated ketones, and with N-methylaniline enamines with the diene fragment in the side chain are formed.The enamines formed in the reaction with secondary aliphatic and aliphatic-aromatic amines are unstable and are rapidly converted into α,β-unsaturated ketones.
