A preparetive method was developed for the synthesis of perfluoroalkylsulfonylacetic and perfluoroalkylsulfonylmalonic esters.From the latter stable perfluoroalkylsulfonyl(ethoxycarbonyl)ketenes were obtained. β,β-Disubstituted p-dimethylaminostyrenes were synthesized, and the effect of strong electron-withdrawing substituents on their color was investigated.
