The quantitative structure activity relationship, (QSAR) has been studied for ten derivatives of 3-substituted 2,3,4,4a,5,6-hexahydro-1(H)-pyrazinoquinolines.It has been found that the best correlation is described by the parabolic relationship of lipophilicity log P with the biological activity with (log P)0 = 2.47.
