Quinolones as gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonists: Simultaneous optimization of the C(3)-aryl and C(6)-substituents

A series of 3-arylquinolones was prepared and evaluated for their ability to act as gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonists.
