Direct Yellow 28 is a red light yellow dye with a yellow-brown powder form. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol, exhibiting lemon yellow color. The dye water solution is golden brown, and it shows good resistance to various factors such as drug resistance, chlorine stability, rongalite resistance, and reduction of sodium sulfide. It has a solubility of 40 g/L at 60℃ and is not sensitive to fights. The dye bath shows color changes in the presence of copper and iron ions.
