Biological functions
Reduced serum thyroxine levels and thyroid follicular cell hyperplasia were observed in rats and mice orally exposed to lower brominated PBDE mixtures.PBDE congeners BDE-19 and -10 inhibit AR binding.BDE-99?treatment during pregnancy reduced the estradiol-17β and testosterone levels in male offspring in rats, and affected the progesterone and estrogen receptor (ER)-α and -β levels in the uterus of female offspring.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 80246-27-1 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 8,0,2,4 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 80246-27:
(7*8)+(6*0)+(5*2)+(4*4)+(3*6)+(2*2)+(1*7)=111
111 % 10 = 1
So 80246-27-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
