Reactivity Profile
A very corrosive, moisture-sensitive liquid, when heated to decomposition Borate(1-), difluorobis(propanoato-O)-, hydrogen fluoride (1:2:1), (T-4)- emits toxic fumes of fluoride and oxides of boron. Reacts with incandescennce when heated with alkali metals or alkaline earth metals except magnesium.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 814-61-9 includes 6 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 3 digits, 8,1 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 1 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 814-61:
(5*8)+(4*1)+(3*4)+(2*6)+(1*1)=69
69 % 10 = 9
So 814-61-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
