The invention relates to a method for synthesizing and preparing a series of 8-position long-chain fatty acyloxy-substituted diterpenoid alkaloid derivatives by taking natural diterpenoid alkaloid asa raw material. Experiments prove that the derivatives can be used as an anti-tumor preparation for efficiently reversing anti-tumor drug resistance, and can also be used as a preparation for resisting canine breast cancer.
