General Description

1H-Inden-1-one, 4-bromo-2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy- is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C9H9BrO2. It belongs to the class of organic compounds known as indanones, which are compounds containing an indane moiety that carries a ketone. 1H-Inden-1-one,4-bromo-2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy- is also classified as a brominated indanone and a hydroxyindanone.
