The rates of the dissociation of cerium(III), praseodymium(III), neodymium(III), samarium(III), europium(III), and gadolinium(III) phthalocyanine complexes to metal cations and the macrocyclic ligand were studied as depending on temperature, the ethanol-acetic acid mixed solvent composition, and the atomic number of the metal. The activation parameters of the reaction were determined. The rate constant of the dissociation was found to linearly depend on the concentration of acetic acid in the concentration range 0-0.2 mol fractions. A new criterion for estimating the stability of complexes, universal with respect to solvent variable composition, was suggested. The positions of the complexes in the stability series were explained.
