The crystal structure of a new complex, trans-[PdCl2(NH=CPh 2-κN)2], shows an association of the two molecules via intermolecular N-H...Cl hydrogen bonds. The 1HNMR signal of the N-H hydrogen in CDCl3 changes its position depending on the concentration and temperature of the solution.
