Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 85431-06-7 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 8,5,4,3 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 85431-06:
(7*8)+(6*5)+(5*4)+(4*3)+(3*1)+(2*0)+(1*6)=127
127 % 10 = 7
So 85431-06-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, (2019/07/10)

The specification generally relates to compounds of Formula (I): and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof, where R1, R4, R5, R6, R7, Linker, X, Y, A, G, D and E have any of the meanings defined herein. This specification also relates to the use of such compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof in methods of treatment of the human or animal body, for example in prevention or treatment of cancer. This specification also relates to processes and intermediate compounds involved in the preparation of such compounds and to pharmaceutical compositions containing them.

A compound represented by the following formula (1) or a salt thereof: wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom, a halogen atom and the like; R2 represents hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group and the like; and R3 represents —O—X—C(A1)(A11)—C(A2)(A2l)—N(A3l)(A3)(X represents propylene group etc., A11 and A21 represent hydrogen atom, or a C1-6 alkyl group, A31 represents a C1-6 alkyl group substituted with hydroxyl group, or hydrogen atom, and A1, A2, and A3 represent hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group and the like) and the like, which has an inhibitory activity on the phosphorylation of myosin regulatory light chain, and is useful for treatment of diseases relating to contraction of various cells and the like.

AMP deaminase inhibitors. 3. SAR of 3-(carboxyarylalkyl)coformycin aglycon analogues

Kasibhatla, Srinivas Rao,Bookser, Brett C.,Probst, Gary,Appleman, James R.,Erion, Mark D.

, p. 1508 - 1518 (2007/10/03)

N3-Substituted coformycin aglycon analogues with improved AMP deaminase (AMPDA) inhibitory potency are described. Replacement of the 5-carboxypentyl substituent in the lead AMPDA inhibitor 3-(5-carboxypentyl)-3,6,7,8- tetrahydroimidazo[4,5-d][1,3]diazepin-8-ol (2) described in the previous article with various carboxyarylalkyl groups resulted in compounds with 10- 100-fold improved AMPDA inhibitory potencies. The optimal N3 substituent had m-carboxyphenyl with a two-carbon alkyl tether. For example, 3-[2-(3-carboxy- 5-ethylphenyl)ethyl]-3,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[4,5-d][1,3]diazepin-8-ol (43g) inhibited human AMPDA with a K(i) = 0.06 μM. The compounds within the series also exhibited > 1000-fold specificity for AMPDA relative to adenosine deaminase.

Synthesis and biological activity of new 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) synthase inhibitors: 2-oxetanones with a side chain mimicking the folded structure of 1233A.

Hashizume,Ito,Yamada,Nagashima,Kanao,Tomoda,Sunazuka,Kumagai,Omura

, p. 512 - 520 (2007/10/02)

To mimic the folded side chain conformation of 1233A (1), which is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) synthase inhibitor, 1233A analogs with aromatic rings in the side chain were synthesized. The 2-oxetanone moiety was kept intact. Among 1233A and its synthetic analogs, trans-3-hydroxymethyl-4-[2-(7-methoxycarbonyl-1-naphthyl)ethyl]-2-oxe tanone (23) showed the highest HMG-CoA synthase inhibitory activity in vitro. The structure-activity relationship at the side chain is discussed.

Radical isomerization via intramolecular ipso substitution of aryl ethers: Aryl translocation from oxygen to carbon

Lee, Eun,Lee, Chulbom,Tae, Jin Sung,Whang, Ho Sung,Li, Kap Sok

, p. 2343 - 2346 (2007/10/02)

Bromopropyl aryl ethers an converted to 3-arylpropanols under standard radical generating conditions in the presence of tributylstannane and AIBN. This rearrangement involves intramolecular ipso attack of the alkyl radicals which generates spiro cyclohexadienyl radical intermediates.

Organic compounds and their pharmaceutical use

-

, (2008/06/13)

There are provided anti-allergic pharmaceutical compounds of formula: STR1 in which n is 0, 1 or 2; R1 is a hydrocarbyl group containing 6 to 30 carbon atoms and optionally substituted with an optionally substituted phenyl group; R2

11,12-Secoprostaglandins. 6. Interphenylene Analogues of Acylhydroxyalkanoic Acids and Related Compounds as Renal Vasodilators

Bicking, John B.,Robb, Charles M.,Cragoe, Edward J.,Blaine, Edward H.,Watson, L. Sherman,Dunlay, Mary C.

, p. 335 - 341 (2007/10/02)

The synthesis is described of a series of interphenylene analogues of the modified 11,12-secoprostaglandins and their sulfonamide isosteres on which we have reported previously. The new compounds are formally derived from members of earlier series by replacement of segments of the methylene chains by phenylene units.Several of these compounds displayed renal vasodilatory activity on iv stat administration to anesthetized dogs. 4-(4-Acetyl-8-hydroxytridecyl)benzoic acid tested additionally in conscious dogs orally caused a significant increase in renal blood flow at 5 mg/kg.
