Synthesis of new trimethoprim analogs. Antibacterial structure-activity relationship

The authors describe the synthesis of a set of 2,4-diamino 5-(substituted benzyl) pyrmidines analogous of the trimethoprim and estimate the antibacterial activities of these compounds. Some are very specific of Gram + germs. Quantitative structure-activit
