Complexes of the types , , and where M = Co(II), Ni(II) or Cu(II); M' = Zn(II), Cd(II) or Hg(II); LH = benzoin semicarbazone; and L'H = benzoin thiosemicarbazone have been synthesized and characterised on the basis of analytical, conductance, magnetic susceptibility, IR and electronic spectral data.
