Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 876012-78-1 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 8,7,6,0,1 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 7 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 876012-78:
(8*8)+(7*7)+(6*6)+(5*0)+(4*1)+(3*2)+(2*7)+(1*8)=181
181 % 10 = 1
So 876012-78-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

A Bioorthogonal Small Molecule Selective Polymeric "clickase"

Bonson, Sarah E.,Chen, Junfeng,Li, Ke,Zimmerman, Steven C.

supporting information, p. 13966 - 13973 (2020/09/21)

Synthetic polymer scaffolds may serve as gatekeepers preventing the adhesion of biomacromolecules. Herein, we use gating to develop a copper-containing single-chain nanoparticle (SCNP) catalyst as an artificial "clickase"that operates selectively on small

Regioselective conversion of arenes to N-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles Using C-H Borylation

Srinivasan, Rajavel,Coyne, Anthony G.,Abell, Chris

supporting information, p. 11680 - 11684 (2014/10/15)

A one-pot protocol for the synthesis of N-aryl 1,2,3-triazoles from arenes by an iridium-catalyzed C-H borylation/copper catalyzed azidation/click sequence is described. 1mol % of Cu(OTf)2 was found to efficiently catalyze both the azidation and the click reaction. The applicability of this method is demonstrated by the late-stage chemoselective installation of 1,2,3-triazole moiety into unactivated molecules of pharmaceutical importance.

Rapid synthesis of triazole-modified resveratrol analogues via click chemistry

Pagliai, Francesca,Pirali, Tracey,Del Grosso, Erika,Di Brisco, Riccardo,Tron, Gian Cesare,Sorba, Giovanni,Genazzani, Armando A.

, p. 467 - 470 (2007/10/03)

Resveratrol is a phytoalexin able to display an array of biological activities. We decided to replace the double bond with a triazole ring using the archetypical click reaction: the Huisgen [3 + 2] cycloaddition. Seventy-two triazole derivatives were synt
