Triphenyltin pseudohalides form molecular adducts of the formulae Ph3SnX2L and Ph3SnXL' (X=NCS, NCO, N2) with different types of Schiff bases.The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance and ir spectral data.A positive shift of νC=N upon adduct formation indicates coordination from the azomethyne N atom of the bases.
