Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 898753-32-7 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 8,9,8,7,5 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 898753-32:
(8*8)+(7*9)+(6*8)+(5*7)+(4*5)+(3*3)+(2*3)+(1*2)=247
247 % 10 = 7
So 898753-32-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, p. 6387 - 6390 (2021/08/23)
Herein we report a photocatalytic oxidative radical addition reaction for the synthesis of unsymmetrical 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds. This reaction utilizes a desulfurization process to generate electrophilic radicals, which add to α-halogenated alkenes and undergo further oxidation to deliver 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds. This mild and highly efficient method provides a valuable alternative to known strategies.
