The chemical compound "W(CO)4(P(C6H5)2OCC6H4CH3CHP(C6H5)2)" is a complex organometallic compound consisting of a tungsten (W) center. It features four carbonyl (CO) ligands, which are common in transition metal complexes, providing stability through back-bonding. The compound also includes a unique phosphine oxide ligand, P(C6H5)2OCC6H4CH3CH, which is connected to the tungsten center. This ligand has a phenyl group (C6H5), an oxygen atom, and a benzyl group (C6H4CH3CH) attached to a central phosphorus atom. Additionally, it has another phosphine ligand, P(C6H5)2, which is bonded to the same phosphorus atom, creating a bidentate ligand system. The overall structure is characterized by the tungsten atom being coordinated to these ligands, forming a complex with a unique electronic and steric environment. W(CO)4(P(C6H5)2OCC6H4CH3CHP(C6H5)2) is of interest in the field of organometallic chemistry, potentially for its catalytic properties or as a precursor in the synthesis of other complex molecules.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 91729-89-4 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,1,7,2 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 91729-89:
(7*9)+(6*1)+(5*7)+(4*2)+(3*9)+(2*8)+(1*9)=164
164 % 10 = 4
So 91729-89-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Compounds of type (M = Cr, Mo, or W) are deprotonated by LiBun and the resultant carbanions are acylated by RCOCl (R = Ph or C6H4Me-p) to give the complexes .These acylated complexes react with NaOMe, reversibly, to give enolate anions or with RCOCl/pyridine to give the complex .Irradiation of gives, initially, the six-membered-ring chelate complex (3a), which is in turn converted into (4a) in the presence of light and traces of water.Crystals of both (3a) and (4a) are monoclinic, space group P21/c, with Z = 4.Those of (3a) have a = 17.013(3), b = 10.454(2), c = 19.723(3) Angstroem, and β = 114.23(1) deg. Those of (4a) have a = 18.629(3), b = 9.931(1), c = 18.182(4) Angstroem, and β = 94.58(1) deg.Final R factors were 0.030 for 3634 and 0.068 for 4027 observed reflections, respectively.
