CYCLIZATION OF N1-(CINNAMYL-THIOCARBAMOYL)-AMIDRAZONES. PART I

The cyclization of N1-(cinnamyl-thiocarbamoyl)-amidrazones 1-3 with diluted and concentrated hydrochloric acid has been studied.Heterocyclic systems od 1,2,4-triazole A, 1,3,4-thiadiazole B, 1,2,4-triazole1,3-thiazine C and 1,3,4-thiadiazolepyrimidine D were obtained in good yields.Compounds 1-3 with diluted hydrochloric acid afforded systems A and B.Compound 1 yielded both heterocyclic systems 1A and 1B, whereas compounds 2, 3 yielded 2B, 3B only.The cyclization reaction of 1-3 with concentrated hydrochloric acid afforded the corresponding heterocyclic systems: 1C; 2C, 2D; 3B, 3C, 3D.The structure of the obtained compounds were proved by means of 1H NMR spectra.
