Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 92407-89-1 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,2,4,0 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 92407-89:
(7*9)+(6*2)+(5*4)+(4*0)+(3*7)+(2*8)+(1*9)=141
141 % 10 = 1
So 92407-89-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, p. 662 - 668 (2007/10/02)
Syntheses of seventeen 1-benzyl-3-(1-imidazolylmethyl)indoles with substituents at the benzyl moiety and at the indole C-2 position are described. The compounds were tested for their antifungal activities in vitro determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Three compounds exhibited appreciable activities against Cr. neoformans.
