Cyclisations pyrazolique et pyridazinique d'hydrazides β et γ acetyleniques

β and γ acetylenic hydrazides of the general formula were synthesized from acetylenic esters.Two types of cyclization were observed: easy formation of 4-hydroxy pyrazolones or, in other cases formation of pyridazinones.A few unexpected transformations were also observed (pyrazolic cyclization followed by retrocyclization; aldol condensation of ethyl pyruvate).Explanations for these various reactions are proposed.
