It is intended to provide a 1,6-β-glucan synthase inhibitor which strongly inhibits proliferation and has a high safety. It is intended to provide a compound which can specifically or selectively expressing an antifungal action on a broad spectrum based on the action mechanism of inhibiting the synthesis of 1,6-β-glucan. Further, it is intended to provide a drug, in particular, an antifungal agent containing the above compound, its salt or a hydrate thereof.
