Disclosed are compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of Formula I: wherein n, R1, R2, R3, X, R4, R5, R6, R8, R9, and Y are as defined herein. Compounds of Formula I are useful in the treatment of diseases and/or conditions related to cell proliferation and/or abnormal cell mitosis, such as cancer, inflammation and inflammation-associated disorders, and conditions associated with angiogenesis.
