Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 94190-73-5 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,4,1,9 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 7 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 94190-73:
(7*9)+(6*4)+(5*1)+(4*9)+(3*0)+(2*7)+(1*3)=145
145 % 10 = 5
So 94190-73-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Perfluorinated Ammonium and Phosphonium Ionic Liquids

Alpers, Torben,Muesmann, Thomas W. T.,Temme, Oliver,Christoffers, Jens

, p. 3531 - 3539 (2018)

Ammonium and phosphonium ionic liquids with perfluorinated side chains were prepared as hybrid materials for surface impregnation. Melting points of the triflimide salts range up to 95 °C. The key feature of this investigation are relatively short perfluo

Fluorine and phosphine oxide containing homo and copolyimides

?akmak?i, Emrah,Güng?r, Atilla,G?ren, Ahmet Ceyhan

, p. 66 - 78 (2016/05/09)

In recent years the synthesis of fluorinated polyimides has become an active area of research. In this study perfluoroalkyl and phosphine oxide containing diamine monomer, bis(3,3′-aminophenyl)-(3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluorooctyl) phosphine oxid

Catalytic, oxidant-free, direct olefination of alcohols using Wittig reagents

Khaskin,Milstein

supporting information, p. 9002 - 9005 (2015/05/27)

Reported here is the catalytic, acceptorless coupling of alcohols with in situ generated, non-stabilized phosphonium ylides to form olefins as major products. The reaction uses low catalyst loadings and does not require added oxidants. Hydrogenation of the product is minimized and the reaction leads to Z (aliphatic) or E (benzylic) stereospecificity.

Strategy and design in fluorous phase immobilization: A systematic study of the effect of 'pony tails' (CH2)3(CF2)n-1CF3 on the partition coefficients of benzenoid compounds

Rocaboy, Christian,Rutherford, Drew,Bennett, Byron L.,Gladysz

, p. 596 - 603 (2007/10/03)

Fluorous solvents commonly exhibit temperature-dependent miscibilities with organic solvents. Thus, catalysts and reagents that have high affinities for fluorous solvents can be used in protocols that combine the advantages of one-phase chemistry (higher temperature) and biphase product separation (lower temperature). The high-yield conversion of benzaldehydes (via Wittig and hydrogenation reactions) to alkylbenzenes with one to three 'pony tails' (CH2)3(CF2)n-1CF3 (n = 6, 8, 10) is described. The toluene-CF3C6F11 partition coefficients show that three pony tails are necessary to achieve a high degree of fluorous phase immobilization. Copyright

New formulation of blood substitutes: optimization of novel fluorinated microemulsions

Cecutti, Christine,Rico, Isabelle,Lattes, Armand,Novelli, Anne,Rico, Andre,et al.

, p. 485 - 492 (2007/10/02)

The synthesis of a novel microemulsion system composed of a mixed fluorinated and hydrogenated oil C8F17-CH2CH=CH-C4H9 with a biocompatible hydrogenated surfactant, Montanox 80 is described.Investigation of the solubility of oxygen in these microemulsions

A NEW METHOD OF FLUOROALKYLATION BY A WITTIG REACTION

Escoula, B.,Rico, I.,Laval, J. P.,Lattes, A.

, p. 35 - 38 (2007/10/02)

A new method has been developed for the introduction of a perfluorinated chain into an hydrogenated moiety. It is based on the use of a new fluorinated reagent, (C6H5)3P+-CH2CH2RF I- which couple to a non fluorinated aldehyde RH-C(O)H in a Wittig reaction.

A New Type of Water Insoluble Surfactant: Molecular Aggregation of Long Chain Phosphonium Salts (Ph3P+-CH2CH2R,I-; R = alkyl or fluoroalkyl) in Formamide

Escoula, B.,Hajjaji, N.,Rico, I.,Lattes, A.

, p. 1233 - 1234 (2007/10/02)

The molecular aggregations of various water insoluble substituted phosphonium salts (Ph3P+-CH2CH2R,I-; R = C4H9, C6H13, C8H17, C4F9, C6F13, C8F17) are compared and the results show that the salts have surfactant properties.
