The invention discloses a flexible tripod type polypiperazine dithiocarbazone derivative, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method of the flexible tripod type polypiperazine dithiocarbazone derivative comprises the steps: (1) carrying out substitution reaction on 1-piperazine-Boc or a chiral derivative thereof and 1,3,5-tri(bromomethyl)benzene or a derivative thereof to generate an intermediate c; (2) carrying out hydrolysis reaction on the intermediate c and hydrochloric acid, and removing -Boc groups, to obtain an intermediate d; and (3) carrying out thiocarboxylation reaction on the intermediate d and CS2 to obtain a finished product. According to the dithiocarbazone derivative disclosed by the invention, the piperazinyl-connected dithiocarboxylate canbe integrally overturned up and down through free rotation of a single bond of flexible methylene, so that accurate regulation and control on the structure of the dithiocarbazone derivative are realized; and then a capsule-shaped supramolecular aggregate which is strong in coordination effect, has an excellent light-emitting function and contains an internal cavity can be formed by the supramolecular aggregate and transition metal ions.
