Potentiometric studies have been carried out on metal complexes of CuII, NiII, CoII, CdII with N--cyclohexylamine.The formation constants (pK1 and pK2) of the reagent and the dissociation constants of its metal complexes have been determined by Bjerrum method at 30 +/- 0.1 deg and at ionic strength 0.1 M in 3 : 1 (v/v) dioxan-water medium.The order stability constants of the chelates is found to be CuII > CoII > NiII > CdII.
