Compounds of Formula I, and stereoisomers, geometric isomers, tautomers, solvates, metabolites, salts and pharmaceutically acceptable prodrugs thereof, are useful for inhibiting receptor tyrosine kinases and for treating hyperproliferative disorders mediated thereby.
