A new sesquilignan glycoside, syringylgycerol-β-syringaresinol ether 4'', 4'''-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and a new neolignan glycoside, dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4,γ'-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), were isolated from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides OLIV. (Eucommiaceae), together with a known neolignan glycoside, citrusin B (3).Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical evidence and spectroscopic analyses.
