Basilea Pharmaceutica China Ltd. (BPC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Basilea Pharmaceutica AG. (a Swiss public company), is located in the Haimen Technological Development Zone, ninety minutes north of Shanghai. BPC was founded in 2002 and is one of the first foreign invested biotech companies in China. Operating in an innovative R&D environment, the company relies on highly qualified, well trained and experienced professionals as well as a state-of-the-art scientific and technical infrastructure. BPC focuses on the chemical synthesis of complex molecules, analytical development and process research and development.
