ELiners is an Authorized Distributor of Polyurea and Industrial Spray Elastomers manufactured by The Dow? Chemical Company’s Formulated Systems Group. Our Industry focus is on the Specification and Training for the proper use and application of Dow? products with Strong Technical Support. We understand that education and training is a key to the success of any spray company installing Polyurea Systems. ELiners provides on going training to our contractors either on the field or in our facility.
