Groupstars Chemical (Yunnan) China L.L.C established in July of 2001. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture run by American Groupstars Chemical LLC, Beijing Zhonghui Yuantong Investment Consultation Centre, and Jianshui Chemical Factory. Company invested and registered 3 million dollars. American Groupstars Chemical LLC holds 52% of the shares among them, Beijing Flexible Investment Consultation Company holds 8%, Jianshui Chemical Factory holds 40%. Now Groupstars Chemical Yunnan has 243 employees, perfect corporate structure and effective managing system. We are paying much attention to enterprising spirit and the manpower resources.
