Established in 2005, Wuhan Innovating Bio-tech Co., Ltd. was re-organized in 2008. In 2010, 2011 and 2013 established consecutively were Jiangxi Innovating Science and Technology Co., Ltd., API production base in Shijiazhuang and Hengshui Bio-Technology Co., Ltd.
