Macdonald in 1986 to market excess acetone produced as a byproduct from GE Plastics, JLM Industries, Inc., along with its affiliated companies, has grown to a position of leadership as a manufacturer, distributor and marketer of high quality commodity chemicals, olefins and high performance polymers to companies in a broad range of industries worldwide. Today, JLM is one of the largest marketers of acetone in North America , and is a global distributor of olefins including propylene.
