About us

KemFine has a lean organizational structure which is based on three business units (BU). This allows fast and flexible decision-making with a high degree of empowerment. At the Group level, the executive management team (EMT) encourages and supports business units towards customer satisfaction. Quality and R&D units are operated at Group level to allow uniform procedures and smooth technical transfers take place.
